30 Day Fitness Challenge

Everyone would like to be fit.

Sure, Everyone and their grandparents desire to be strong and to live in their absolute physical, emotional, spiritual prime, etc.
However, how do we create systems which facilitate our disciplines? How do you we constantly not motivate, but inspire ourselves?

These are questions for those who thirst for excellence in all matters.

In dipping our toes into the ocean of  wellbeing, it is important to pace oneself. As the true sages know, say, and practice, “moderation in everything” or better yet “everything in moderation” This wisdom applies exceptionally well to fitness.

It is more sustainable and pleasurable, to choose one fitness goal at a time and to work at it bit by bit, chipping away slowly at a consistent pace, fueled by systems and elite levels of inspiration.

That said, there are also opportunities for immense transformation over short periods of time. What better example than Post-Traumatic growth, Where countless individuals have experienced tremendous growth following traumatic experiences which could have knocked them out for the long haul?

I opine, that rather than waiting for situations of immense pressure and experience which drastically accelerate growth, why not chase them? The pure psychological trick of setting our minds towards anticipation as opposed to aversion. We must believe 100% will full certainty that our goal(s) will be achieved, and that it will be an enjoyable process inching slowly towards our goal.

Now, in shrinking our fitness goal, what if it didn’t have to take 1 year of sweat, blood and tears and dedication to pack on 20 pounds of muscle? What if this MARVEL hero prep feat could be accomplished in half of the time? What if it could be accomplished in 1 month? That is possible. It has been done before. I have done it before. And my goal is to do it again.

What is your one month fitness challenge?

Is it to take your 5K from 20 minutes to 19 minutes? Is it to clock in 12,000 steps daily? Is it to loose 20 pounds of fat? Or is it purely habit based such as get to bed by 10pm and up by 4am?

Whatever your goal be, make it transformational. Make it inspirational to countless others. Make it a self-fulfilling prophecy bringing you to greater heights of self-expertism.
